Why isn't my Product showing a Price?

Why is the price not showing on my product?

If a product price is not visible, the Can be added to basket option is likely unchecked. Enabling this setting makes the price appear on the product.

How do I enable 'Can be added to basket'?



  1. Go to Products.
  2. Locate and open the relevant product to access the edit screen.



  • Navigate to the Pricing area of the edit screen.
  • Check the Can be added to basket checkbox.


  • Select Save. The price will now appear on the product.
