This should usually be done after payment has been received from the customer, however, this is not mandatory and an order can be dispatched before hand. The new order can then be progressed and paid for as it's own new entity. This is useful for actioning a repeat of an order a customer may have made previously. Add discount will open a pop up that allows you to manually add an existing voucher code or a custom discount to an order. Simply type in the code, or custom discount amount and click Apply. When the recipient clicks on the link, it will take them directly to the order basket on your website, ready for checkout. By clicking "Copy link to basket," the link is saved to your clipboard for easy pasting wherever you need it.
