How to configure Email Marketing Plugin settings
The Settings area stores the default sender information used when you create a campaign. Configuring these details before building emails or automations saves time and helps keep your sender information and email footer consistent.
Configuring sender defaults
To configure the default sender details:
1. Open the Email Marketing Plugin.
2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Enter the default From name.
4. Enter the default From email address.
5. Enter the email address that should receive test emails.
6. Save your changes.
From name: The From name is the sender name that recipients see in their inbox. Use a name that your customers will recognise.
From email: The From email is the sender address applied to new campaigns by default.
Testing email address: The testing email address is used when you send a test copy of an email before sending it to subscribers.
You can override the From name and From email within an individual email configuration if it needs different sender details.
Configuring the business address
The business address is displayed in the footer of your marketing emails.
By default, this address is taken from your main website settings. If your email marketing messages need to use a different business address, override it in the Email Marketing Plugin settings.
