How do I navigate the B2B Sales plugin?
The B2B Sales plugin enables users to act as Sales Agents, allowing them to place orders on behalf of assigned customers directly from the website.
Install the Plugin
- Go to Plugins.
- Click on See All Plugins at the top right of the page.
- Find B2B Sales.
How do I set up a Sales Agent?
Any customer can be enabled as a Sales Agent. To do this:

Navigate to Customers.

Either add a new customer or open an existing one.

Check the box labeled This customer is a Sales Agent.

Click Manage Accounts to assign customers.
Navigating the plugin dashboard

Go to the B2B Sales plugin dashboard.

You will see a table listing all current Sales Agents.

Click on an agent’s name to view:

Basic account information
-
Assigned accounts
-
Agent’s status (Active or Inactive)

Assign Accounts to Sales Agents
- From the B2B Sales plugin dashboard, navigate to the selected Sales Agent.
- Click on Assigned Accounts
- Use the search bar to find accounts to assign, then click Save
Logging in as a Sales Agent
Once logged in, Sales Agents will see a navigation bar at the top of the site that allows them to:

Select an assigned customer.

Browse the site as that customer.

Place orders on their behalf.
To start, they can search for the customer by name using the provided search bar.
Order Tracking
When an order is placed by a Sales Agent, a Sales Agent Id custom field is automatically populated in the Order Edit Page in the admin system. This field:

Shows the Sales Agent’s Customer ID

If is not empty, Indicates the order was placed by an agent on behalf of a customer
To locate this ID, navigate to the agent’s customer edit page in Customers and refer to the number at the end of the URL.
