Allowing customers to add options to your products provides them with the flexibility to customise their purchase without the hassle of navigating away from the product page. ### Creating Product Options To add an option (sometimes referred to as a variant) to a product, when editing or creating a product scroll down until you see the heading: Describe this product and its options. ![](https://resources.symphonycommerce.io/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-10-2024-10-32-23-4128-AM.png?width=688&height=502&name=image-png-Apr-10-2024-10-32-23-4128-AM.png) From here, enter a label for your options e.g. Size. ![](https://resources.symphonycommerce.io/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-10-2024-10-33-10-4172-AM.png?width=688&height=177&name=image-png-Apr-10-2024-10-33-10-4172-AM.png) Once you have typed in your label name, click in the middle box and begin typing your first option.
